Terms of ServiceMost orders will be filled within one to two business days after receiving payment.
Preferred payment methods are PayPal or Google Checkout. Any item purchased but not paid for within 3 days will be returned to store inventory and sale will be canceled.
Items will ship via USPS First Class mail, Parcel post or USPS Priority Mail. Fragile and valuable items will be insured at no extra charge to the customer. Books and videotapes will ship via USPS Media Mail.
Multiple items in the same order can be packed and mailed together to save on your shipping costs. Before placing your order, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell me which items you would like to purchase. I will get back to you with the reduced shipping amount and instructions on placing your combined order.
Or you may simply place your order and I will issue a refund for the amount of overpaid shipping.
Returns: There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
A refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) less 15% restocking fee will be refunded only if all the original tags are attached and it's returned as originally packaged.
Return must be post marked within 48 hours of the RA# being issued and must be received within 7 days.
Custom made orders are not always refundable.
Unauthorized returns will be donated to a local charity unless shipping is paid to send the package back.
